applies to the given document in conformity with the storage period according to the registry
record.
In case you are interested please contact us and we will provide to you the exact storage period
information regarding your particular document.

3. Phone number

I also confirm that I am fully aware of the fact that my personal data will be processed by the Operator based solely upon this Agreement. I have no obligation to provide my data to the Operator and this Agreement can be cancelled from my side at any time. In case I cancel this agreement the personal data that I provided must be erased by the Operator without undue delay.
